Rajan D (13E) has competed in the British Powerlifting regionals and broken the record twice, for deadlift in the South Midlands Division by lifting 233.5kg (the previous record was 230kg).

"Some people want it to happen, some wish it could happen, others make it happen." Michael Jordan

It never fails to surprise us about the diversity of our students’ personal interests, activities and achievements outside of school. From fundraising by completing the 3 Peaks Challenge to tackling sustainability challenges as a team and taking 2nd place in an International competition.

We would love to hear more from our school community. If you have a story or achievement to share, please email communityrelations@reading-school.co.uk
