6 PM – Welcome drinks

7:15 PM – Guests seated & official welcome
Take your seats as the evening officially begins with a welcome address and toasting
7:30 PM – Starter served
Enjoy the first course alongside elegant musical accompaniment.
8:15 PM – Main course served & Keynote speaker
9:15 PM – Live entertainment
9:45 PM – Silent auction begins
Get ready to bid on exciting, high-value prizes in support of The Beyond 900 Fund.
10:15 PM – Silent auction closes & dessert served
11:00 PM – Raffle Draw & Close of Formalities
Winners announced and formalities wrapped up. Guests may continue to mingle and celebrate.
11:00 PM – 11:30 PM – Wind-Down & Goodbyes
A relaxed close to the evening as guests begin to depart.

Seating Arrangements
Please note that seating will be allocated based on a range of factors, including year of leaving and time of ticket purchase. While we will do our best to seat you with your peers or relevant cohort, we appreciate your understanding that final allocations may vary depending on overall attendance.
